To mitigate the risk of safety to conference attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers and staff, all in attendance will be required to follow the CDC's public health safety guidelines, when permissible by law, at the time of the conference. This policy may be adjusted based on established guidelines.
Those found not following safety guidelines will be given a warning. If adherence to these guidelines is not immediately followed upon the second warning, the participant will be removed from the conference venue for the remainder of the event.
In the case the risk is too great, as determined by the conference host, venue or CDC public health guidelines, the conference will be rescheduled. All conference passes will defer to the new date and/or venue.
